-Is used in industry( + 1 point for is majorly inline with reason 1)

Linux:
-Is FREE in a lot of cases(+ 20 points)
-Is Open Source(+ 1 point)
-Is more sucure (+ 3 point)
- is moduler (+ 5 points)
-can run without a GUI( + 5 points)
- better sever product ( + 5 points)
- no "strnage" lisnesing restrictiots:

-- example: MSDN(development pepsise ONLY but same functions), student(ONLY academic), OEM("glued" to your motherboard) ( + 50 points)
- sometimes have problems with your drivers(- 20 points)


TOTAL: 89 points!

** the ULTRA HIGH SCORE is to "justify" me useing Windows as a pirmary OS when there is really nothing else going for it.

EDIT: In all fairness Linux is better but a lot of my programs work better(or in some cases at all) in Windows so I have to use windows. My scoring may be a bit off.
