Wii U secound rant & moduler game systems.

I looked at some videos for the Wii U, last night and I have too say it does look very intuitive, unforchently  I can't get my head around the price-point espelly because I am between jobs at the moment. Now if I could trade in my Wii and get 50% off the Wii U I might consider it but because the Wii U does not have Gamecube backwards compatibility I would not be interested in doing this.  Also I would have to give up a Wiinmote and 50% off wuld be closer too 10% - 20% taking that into account.(allthough in the next section you will read that black module should come with one) The main thing isn't playing Gamecube games, you can get a cube for a few bucks, they appear second hand. The main things is the Gamecube ports, there are a few really good Wii games that work with gamecube controllers, you can even use the virtual console with them. The main advantage is Gamecube are cheap and easy to find(at SAAAAAAAAAY a thrift store), while classic controllers and pro controllers are harder too find and expensive. I also like too have more then one so I can invite my friends over even if they don't have any controllers of there own. Now I don't think it would be too hard to put gamecube controller ports in the Wii U or even a gacume, my PC can play Myst III which was released in 2001! Why can't game consoles do this too, it makes a whole lot of sense.

Also from what I have seen the Wii U is more of an upgrade too the Wii(maybe that's what the U stands for) then a new console(accoding to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylSyZAX231s).  In fact apparently you need a Wii controller to operate some of the menus... if this is true shouldn't the Wii U come with a controller or at least the black modale. Now Nintendo could have released a tablet for the current Wii or though ahead a bit and put an add-on slot in the console and made the Wii U an add-on. From the SNES too the Gamecube(actually I hread a rummer that the DS GBA slot was originally going to be for accessories but then they relized the could put in a GBA add-on), Nintendo has put add-ones in their consoles but only really used them in Japan, so they finally come out with a system that too me feels more like an add-on and they deiced not to make the Wii add-on compatible.

To close: if the Wii U dropes in price a lot and there are a lot more games I mightbuy one but I will not give up my Wii in exchange, I will sit one console beside the other and people will have one more reason too say too me "Stop buying consoles and start buying games for the consoles you have".
